Credit (Except American Express) or debit card details are required to hold your appointment (Booking Fee).
Unika Aesthetics & Beauty understands that schedules change, so you are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling any appointments at least 72 hours in advance or a fee will occur.
Please notify us 72 hours in advance of your cancellation if you wish to receive a refund of your booking fee. Refunds will never be given for any procedure or product received under any circumstances.
A booking fee can be redeemed for treatment or product costs within six months of the purchase date. This is provided you attend your appointment or cancel 72 hours in advance.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Booking fees will not be refunded if you fail to attend, cancel, or reschedule 48 hours in advance.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a missed appointment for treatment packages.
If you fail to comply with the cancellation policy, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit on any future appointments.
Should a package be cancelled before completion, the difference will be charged for all completed treatments.
Unika Aesthetics & Beauty Limited holds the right to cancel your appointment at any time. Upon this occurring, your appointment will either be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time (for packages), or you will receive a refund of the booking fee. Unika Aesthetics & Beauty Limited will not be liable for any losses incurred by the patient as a result of this cancellation.
As a result of Acts of God, such as weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods, etc., Unika Aesthetics & Beauty Limited will not issue refunds. However, your appointment will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, provided it is feasible. Unika Aesthetics & Beauty Limited will not be liable for any losses incurred by the patient as a result of this cancellation.
